A basic pizza tomato sauce. Adapted from other sources.

Ingredients
1 can (398 ml/14 oz) | tomato sauce (no salt added) |
9 tablespoons | tomato paste |
1 tablespoon | dried oregano |
1/2 tablespoon | italian seasoning |
1 teaspoon | dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon | garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon | onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
1/4 teaspoon | black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | sugar (optional) |
Directions
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread on top of pizza crust, add whatever toppings you like, and cook according to instructions for the crust.
