Once the temperature outside drops down near 0°C, it's time to mull cider. A delicious, hot drink to warm you up on a long, cold night.

Servings: 8
Ingredients
2 litres | apple cider |
15 | cloves (whole) |
4 | cinnamon sticks |
15 | allspice berries |
1 teaspoon | nutmeg |
1 | orange, quartered and peeled (optional) |
Directions
Put all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
You can put the spices in a tea bag or infuser.
Set heat to medium and cover. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to lowest setting and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or longer for more developed flavours.
